Our first residential project, Praxis I, is in Uruguay. Praxis designs homes, hotels, and clubs for its members, built to the standard of the world’s finest hotels and made to last.
Phase I
Beginning
in +Colonia.
A waterfront neighborhood of private residences, a resort, and spaces for art and music.
We are developing the first phase of Praxis Uruguay in partnership with +Colonia, a new city taking shape beside Colonia del Sacramento. Together, we are building the homes and shared spaces for residents, fellows, and guests. The first residents will move into existing buildings as the neighborhood develops around them.
